RECOMMENDED ORAL PRESENTATION WRITING RULES

1. Abstracts must be at least 200 and at most 250 words.
2. The abstract must include the purpose, method, findings and results of the study. It should be noted that for studies that have not yet been completed, the results will be included in the report.
3. At least 3 and at most 5 keywords of the study should be included.
4. Paper presentation times are limited to a maximum of 15 minutes.
5. Abstracts must be sent to the abstract submission system in Turkish and English.
6. The paper to be sent must not have been presented or published anywhere before.

RECOMMENDED POSTER PAPERS WRITING RULES
1. Poster Dimensions: 70 horizontal x 90 vertical cm. It should be prepared vertically if possible.
2. Title and Authors: The poster name should be written in 48-point Times New Roman font and in bold (make sure that the poster name does not exceed two lines). Author names and contact addresses should be written in 36-point font and bold italics. The name of the author who will present the poster should be underlined.
3. Section Headings and Text Writing in the Text: A 2.5 cm space should be left from all edges of the paper. Text headings should be written in 24-point Times New Roman font and bold. The original text should be written in 24-point Times New Roman character.
4. Writing Rules: Abbreviations and generally unacceptable definitions should be avoided. Fonts must match each other within the poster. When preparing a poster, emphasis should be placed on using colorful figures and photographs that increase visuality. Texts and characters should be easily read in the forms used. During the poster preparation process, care should be taken to ensure that the message to be given is understandable, important points are emphasized in a way that the reader will remember, words are chosen carefully to describe the visual, and the writing and expression style is clear and understandable.
5. Hanging the Posters: Posters will be numbered sequentially according to the session to be determined by the organizing committee. Participants will hang their poster announcements on the boards allocated to them within the specified hours. Poster owners will be at their posters at the times and times specified in the program and will inform the audience about their work.
6. Removal of Posters: Posters will be removed by the poster owner participants at the end of the session. Posters that have not been removed at the end of the session will be removed by the staff. The Symposium Committee will not be responsible for posters that are not received. Works that are not presented will not be given a certificate of participation and will not be included in the congress booklet.
