Dear participants,
All abstracts submitted to our symposium will be published in the proceedings booklet. For full text publication, two options will be offered to the participants.
 
1) Publication in the Symposium Full Text Proceedings Book: You can send the full text of your paper presented at the symposium through the system until October 25, 2025 after the paper is presented and publish it in the EDEA 2025 Symposium Proceedings book to be published electronically with ISBN. The electronic book will also be published on the symposium web page. 
Full text upload can only be done by the contact author who uploaded the paper to the system. After logging into the system, select the paper you want to upload the full text of and click the paper files tab from the menu on the right. You can upload by selecting your file from the page that opens. Full papers should be prepared according to the sample template and should not exceed 15 pages including appendices.
 
2) Publication as an International Book Chapter: Participants can have their full papers published in the international book titled ... by Nobel Publishing House by submitting their full papers through the system until October 25, 2025 after the presentation of the paper. In order for your book chapter to be published, it must also go through the editorial process.

Steps to Upload Full Texts
1. Log in to the system and click on the My Notifications button.
2. After clicking on the My Notifications button, click on your notification. You will see the quick menu pane on the right side.
3. Click on the paper files from the Quick Menu pane.
4. Upload your full texts that you have prepared according to the template.
 
Note: Full texts will be published in the symposium full text proceedings book or as an international book chapter in line with the decisions of the referee board.
