1. Between which dates and where will the symposium registration fees be deposited?
Symposium registration fees will be received via virtual POS via the system between August 1 - October 5, 2025 as specified in the symposium calendar.
2. How can I pay the symposium registration fee?
In order to pay for participation with papers, you must first log in to the system and click on the Register for Participation with Papers link. Then select your name by clicking the Create Form link. If you will attend the symposium face-to-face or online, the participation status section should be marked as attending. After completing the registration process, you can make your payment by clicking the Online Payment with Virtual POS link, if you will participate face-to-face, you can select the Participation Fee with Proceedings; if you will participate online, you can make your payment by selecting the Online Participation Fee with Proceedings.
1) You will attend the symposium online via Zoom. We will share the details of the online program with you on the Symposium website.
2) You will receive a signed certificate of attendance immediately after all oral or online paper presentations.
3) The conference proceedings are not indexed in Scopus; however, they will be published as chapters in the book “....” which will be published by Nobel Publishing House, an international publishing house.
4) You can pay the symposium participation fee with your credit card. However, the payment system will open on August 1, 2025. We recommend that you upload your presentation text to the system after that date and then make your payment.
3. Is there a paper presentation requirement for participation in the symposium? Can I participate without presenting a paper?
There is no paper presentation requirement for participation in the symposium. You can also participate as a listener.
4. Can the paper I will present at the symposium be produced from a master's or doctoral thesis?
Your paper can be produced from a non-thesis master's graduation project, a master's or doctoral thesis. However, this situation must be indicated as a footnote when your paper is published in full text.
5. Will the papers to be presented at the symposium be published in full text? When will the full text book be published?
There is no obligation to convert the papers presented at the symposium into full text. However, the deadline for full-text submission for those who want to have their paper presented at the symposium published in a full-text proceedings book or international book section has been set as October 20, 2025.
6. Is there a person limitation for paper submissions? Is it possible to participate with more than one paper?
The number of authors in a paper is limited to a maximum of 3 authors. One author can participate with a maximum of 2 papers.
7. Can abstracts be written only in Turkish? Is it possible to write and present abstracts in English?
Abstracts should be written in both English and Turkish.
8. How can I participate in the symposium as a listener?
You can also participate in the symposium as a listener.
